This is a wonderful product that has been carried forward over the generations after being burned in a Longquan kiln in the Ming dynasty in China and subsequently brought to Japan during the Edo period. The quality is obviously different from excavated artifacts. Since it was used carefully for centuries, its surface is still shining. Its size is just right, and the ears are protruding intensely. It’s a marvelous qiguan celadon that combines prestige with beauty.
It’s in great condition with scratches only from the kiln process, with no repairs afterwards.
